Italy's answer to chocolate chip — a silky vanilla base drizzled with warm chocolate that shatters into ribbons as it sets.

Belgium Dark Chocolate
Deep, dark and unapologetic — smooth chocolate gelato shot through with chunks of dark Italian chocolate.

Buttery caramel built on imported dulce de leche, cut with French sea salt so it never tips into cloying.

Three gelati in one cup — dark chocolate, pistachio and Amarena cherry, swirled the old Neapolitan way.

Crunchy chocolate wafers folded through a creamy base — the childhood one, done properly.

Real lemon juice, water and sugar. Dairy-free, egg-free, and the cleanest thing on the truck.
