Ingredients: Sorbet base (water, corn syrup, stabilizer, sugar); mango purée; water.

We cannot guarantee any flavor is free of trace amounts, and the same scoops and case are shared across flavors. Mango sorbetto is almost embarrassingly simple: purée, sorbet base, water. There is no technique to hide behind, so it comes down entirely to the fruit — and ripe mango has enough natural sugar and enough body that it makes a denser, rounder sorbetto than any other fruit we use.
That density is why people mistake it for a dairy flavor. It has the mouthfeel of gelato without a drop of milk in it, which makes it the sorbetto we hand to somebody who says they do not like sorbet.
Dairy-free and egg-free. In July it is the first flavor to empty.

Is mango sorbetto dairy-free?
Yes — no dairy and no egg, like all our sorbetti. It is produced in a facility that handles milk and served from a shared case; tell us if that matters.
Why does it feel creamier than other sorbets?
Ripe mango has more body and natural sugar than most fruit, so the sorbetto sets denser. It is the closest a dairy-free flavor gets to gelato texture.
Is mango always available?
It is in the twelve-flavor rotation, and four flavors ride in the case at a time. If it matters for your event, name it when you book and we will load it.
