The wedding dessert guests remember

Weddings are the heart of our business — about 90% of what we do. Cake gets photographed; gelato gets talked about. Our trailer or cart brings a case of four rotating flavors from our twelve-flavor roster, an espresso bar for the late hours, and the Brogato® — the nightcap your guests didn't know they needed.

The dessert hour

Gelato bar after dinner — 6-oz cups, fresh cones, berries and Nutella finishes, dairy-free sorbettos for every guest.

The espresso nightcap

Crema espresso, lattes, and Brogatos® as the dance floor warms up. A dedicated steamer means no line.

The send-off

Brodallion® packs as favors — sweeter than a sparkler photo.
