$2,000 + $300 trip fee
$2,300 to start. The $2,000 is your food minimum — gelato and coffee for up to 166 guests ($12 each), or gelato only for up to 200 ($10 each). The $300 trip & setup fee is required and covers getting the trailer to you and set up. Corporate events start at $3,000 (+ the $300 fee) — details on the corporate page.

Are we the right truck for your event? — an honest note before you inquire
We're a prepaid event truck — and that's what makes your day feel so good. When we roll up, everything's already taken care of. Your guests walk up, order whatever they love, and never reach for a wallet — because you've hosted them. One booking, one bill, no lines slowed down by card readers. It feels like a gift, because it is one.
What we don't do — kindly, but clearly: we don't come out “at risk” and charge only the guests who happen to buy. No vending windows at private events, no per-scoop sales, and no point-of-sale system on the truck — that's a different kind of food truck, and it's not part of our vision. If that's what your event needs, we genuinely hope you find the perfect one — it just isn't us.

Questions planners ask
How long is the trailer?
The trailer itself is 16 feet. Hitched to the truck, plan for about 34 feet — 16 for the trailer plus a standard 18-foot truck. That is the length to give your venue when you are working out access and where we will sit.
How loud is the generator?
Quiet enough that it has not been an issue at an event. We run two — a small one for the pop-up tent and a larger one for the trailer — and both are the quietest units in the industry. We also play our own European deep house playlist, which covers most of whatever hum is left.
