Step inside the truck

One side holds the gelato case — four rotating flavors behind glass, picked from our twelve-flavor roster. The other is a working espresso bar with our Italian Nuova Simonelli and a dedicated steamer. In between: waffle irons, fresh berries, and a family that loves a line of happy guests.

Where the trailer lives

Most days it's home at Cedar Pond Farms — parked in the corral garage and serving farm-experience guests after their time with the Highland herd. On event days it rolls out for weddings and corporate gatherings across East Tennessee.

How an event day works

We arrive early, set the case, warm the irons and the Simonelli, and serve on your schedule — dessert hour, espresso nightcap, or all-day treat bar. Power and water are self-contained; all we need is a parking spot and a headcount.
