We use locally roasted coffee in a small, 22-pound roaster and use a computer-monitored profile to ensure that each bean is roasted perfectly. For our catering clients, we offer lattes, espresso, and our signature Brogato®, which is a decaf or regular espresso pour-over of our Italian style gelato.
